TTC can be physically and emotionally taxing. There were points in my TTC journey where I struggled to want to see another day because I didn't believe the outcome would match my expectations.


I found so much beauty in the idea of positive affirmations. They can play a huge part in your mindset and your outlook on the future.


If you're struggling to see another day because of how heavy the world feels right now, I want to encourage you to read through the following positive affirmations. Find a way to use them that best serves you.


10 Positive TTC Affirmations


  1. I am stronger than I think.

  2. My body is capable of great things.

  3. I treat myself with kindness, respect, and patience.

  4. I am worthy of love.

  5. I release all worry, fear, and anxiety.

  6. I am grateful for my body and all it's done for me.

  7. I've survived every single hard day I've had so far and I'm still here.

  8. I ask for help when I feel overwhelmed.

  9. I feel safe, supported, and loved through my fertility journey.

  10. I am not alone in this process.


3 Ways You Can Use These Positive TTC Affirmations


  1. Write them down in the morning. Before you get going with your day, grab a journal and write down a few of these affirmations that speak to you. Write them down each morning and really think about how these phrases apply to your life and how you can carry it out during the day.

  2. Repeat them out loud. There is something very powerful about looking yourself in the mirror and telling yourself that you can make it through another day. Grab a Post-It, write down a few of these affirmations, and stick it on a mirror in your house. Before you leave your bathroom or walk out of the entryway of your home, repeat the affirmations on your mirror to yourself.

  3. Meditate on these affirmations. There might be days where you just struggle to get out of bed entirely, and I completely understand. If you're having one of those days, I encourage you to choose a few phrases and meditate on these words. How were they true in the past? How are they true in the present? Is there a way they can be true in the future?
