In the delicatessen counter there is a well stocked selection of cold meats, pâtés, English and continental hams and salamis, many of which are sliced to order.
Other goodies include marinated sardines and anchovies, kabanos and chorizo sausages, pastrami, prosciutto, bresaola and smoked pancetta. Cooked in our kitchen, you can savour the delicious flavours of rare-roasted Dunstall Estate topside of beef and honey glazed Plantation Pork free range ham. Our dry-cured free range bacon, sliced and packed in our butchers, would have any top chef’s approval. We also have a range of pre-packed cold meats for convenience and extra shelf life in your fridge.
